3. Venue Listings

• Venue information is aggregated from public sources and may not be fully up to date. Opening hours, pricing, and the venue types offered may have changed since the data was last collected.
• Near Me Karaoke does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the quality of any listed venue or venueian.
• Ratings and reviews reflect user opinions and publicly available data, not Near Me Karaoke' assessment.
• If you are a venue owner and wish to update or remove your listing, please contact us.

4. User-Submitted Reviews

By submitting a review, you agree that:

• Your review is truthful and based on your genuine experience
• You are not affiliated with the venue being reviewed (unless disclosed)
• We may moderate, edit, or remove reviews at our discretion
• Your review may be displayed publicly on the site (excluding your email)
• You grant Near Me Karaoke a perpetual, non-exclusive license to display your review

5. Prohibited Use

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from the Service for commercial purposes

Near Me Karaoke shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, reliance on venue information, or interactions with listed venues.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

10. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim in court, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at legal@nearmekaraoke.com. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of contact, either party may bring a formal claim. For claims under $10,000, you may choose whether to proceed in court or through binding arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.
